Ajexa
- install plugin to sugarcrm
- download ajaxa server
- install ajaxa server, configure
- install java jdk1.6 or newer
- make sure %JAVA_HOME% path is pointed to the correct java version
- set it as a windows service
- C:\ajexa\tomcat\bin>service.bat install startup.bat

- finally open up sugarcrm and navigate to Admin and then the Ajexa diagnostics, if it's set to 'Running' you are good to go.  

*This won't apply to pinoguin.com hosting but may come in handy for other admins out there*
